Marketing Director - David Butler
As well as having a keen eye for all thing's Marketing David is known for his expertise and knowledge within the industry in the UK, and consulting with Direct Sales businesses across the globe.
David says “The thing I love the most about Xenca is the fact that it’s a mixture of old and new ideas and systems. We all know that the old ideas work well and I’ve never been one for reinventing the wheel but I love to move with the times and Xenca affords this for everyone. Financial Director - Simon Turner
Following a change from his original career as a Chartered Surveyor Simon has been a self-employed Financial Consultant providing advice to private and business clients for the last 25 years.
As Finance Director Simon is excited to be part of an innovative young British company whose emphasis is on empowering individuals to achieve their full potential both from a health and personal business perspective.
Simon is also passionate about Xenca’s product ranges which have allowed him to regain full, pain-free, mobility following the onset of early arthritis as they fit perfectly with his preference for ongoing natural heath protection rather than chemical-based healing.
Office Manager - Kim Wilson
Kim brings a deep well of knowledge and experience from the Direct Sales industry, built over more than 13 years with Xenca. As the friendly and familiar first point of contact when you call the office, she sets the tone with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
Her role is both dynamic and essential to the smooth running of the business. Kim expertly manages the company’s social media presence, ensuring clear communication and meaningful engagement with customers and Associates alike. She oversees customer services with a keen eye for detail, coordinates order fulfilment seamlessly, and keeps warehouse administration running like clockwork.
In addition, Kim takes ownership of stock control, ensuring inventory levels are accurately maintained and operations run without disruption. She also builds and nurtures strong relationships with suppliers, helping to secure reliability, efficiency, and quality across the supply chain.
Kim plays a key role in maintaining positive, long-lasting relationships with customers and Associates, acting as a trusted link between them and the company. Her organisation, industry insight, and proactive approach make her an invaluable support to the directors, helping to drive the day-to-day operations of the office forward with consistency, care, and professionalism.
