Collagen Serving Amounts
For general use:

Mix one sachet (5g) per day mixed with a cold drink, for example, water, juice, a shake or yogurt of your choice. Mix thoroughly and wherever possible allow 5 minutes for any clumps to dissolve and/or re-mix as necessary. Best taken with Vitamin C.

For more specific issues:

The dosage may be doubled as directed.

I was amazed.

Each time after going to the cinema to watch a film and sitting for about 2 hours in the one position, I found the pain in my knees on standing and walking down the stairs excruciating. I would hold everybody else up trying to leave as I moved so slowly. I had to hold on to my husband's hand as I was so unsteady with the pain and stiffness. I felt a nuisance, so I decided to be the last to leave my seat as it took me so long to move. I was only in my early 50's but I walked so much slower for my age. By the time I had left the cinema the pain would have eased so I could walk without a limp.
I started to take 3 Collagen capsules nightly just before going to bed.
I noticed the fine lines on my face weren't as noticeable and my skin looked smoother. But it was on my next cinema trip that I noticed the real change. I stood up and walked down the stairs as the credits were rolling with absolutely no pain! I was amazed.
No more waiting till everyone's gone before I stand up, now I'm one of the first to leave.

I have been taking collagen and I am now pain free.

When I was younger, I had a bad fall resulting in back problems. I had been living with constant back pain for many years. I have been taking collagen and I am now pain free and able to do normal day to day things that I could not do before. I am even able to wear high heels again!
