Directions:
For general use:

Take 5g per day mixed with a cold drink, for example, water, juice, a shake or yogurt of your choice. Mix thoroughly and wherever possible allow 5 minutes for any clumps to dissolve and/or re-mix as necessary. Best taken with Vitamin C.

For more specific issues:

The dosage may be doubled as directed.

Saved me from having ankle surgery

I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis of the ankle some years ago. Was in severe pain, had to drag myself up stairs and was like walking on a broken ankle when going any distance. Was told by a consultant that a replacement ankle was the answer. Got onto large doses of the collagen, at first nothing, but perservered (trusted what I was told about it taking time) and during the second month started to be able to come off the strong pain killers. By third month, pain had gone and mobility improved. Best bit was when I saw the consultant next time, he said an operation was no longer needed. I continued with just the normal amount of collagen from then on, upping it at times, for a week or two when some discomfort comes back, but not very often.
My sister was having hip issues and pain, got her onto this and now she swears by it as far less hip problems. Also daughter has now found the benefits for a dodgy knee and of course the beauty benefits.

It is fantastic.
